DIY Ford Superduty Front Winch Bumper/ Free Shipping

Overkill Racing and Chassis is excited to announce front bumpers for Ford Superduty trucks! We are currently offering 2017-2022 and 2023-2026 model year trucks. Whether you drive a F250 or a F550, we have got you covered!

The core structure of the bumper is .250 material, the outer shell is 7GA (.179) and the honeycomb is 14GA. weighing in at 110 pounds, this bumper is both lightweight, but strong enough for anything you can throw at it! Recovery points come standard and are tied inline with the frame! 

We design all of our winches around Warn factory 3D models, and this bumper fits the Warn Zeon 14k with no modifications. Other winches that use the standard 10x4.5 mount may fit but also may need modifications.

The bumpers are designed to work with the factory fog lights, or the same slot features a universal mount for your 3 inch aftermarket LED pods. All factory sensors including the adaptive cruise control have their own relocation kits, although depending on if you have a lifted truck. A simple recalibration may need to be done at your local dealership.

A bull bar is available as an add on option. The bull bar features aggressive styling, and has a dedicated mount for a Baja Designs XL Linkable Light Bar. Those who order the bull bar variant will also receive a bracket for your front camera relocation. 

When ordering, please make sure to option out your correct configuration. 2017-2022 have a flat top bumper, while 2023+ have a step on the wings. The F250 and F350 also have a narrower track width than the F450 and F550's. If your truck has aftermarket fenders, we are able to make a custom width bumper that takes wider fenders into account. All of our DIY bumper kits ship for free via UPS ground or Fed-Ex to the lower 48. Lead times typically fall within 4 weeks.
