80 Series DIY Front winch bumper

Overkill Racing and Chassis is excited to announced our latest front winch bumper for Toyota 80 Series, and Lexus LX 450 Land Cruisers. 

• 100 percent designed and manufactured in the USA with domestic materials
• CNC Laser cut out of HRPO material, ready to weld with minimal prep!
• Designed in SOLIDWORKS around 3D scan data to ensure perfect fitment
• Design features keyways, slots and tabs to help align parts
• The bumper shell is 7GA (.179) and the winch plate is .250 

We design all of our bumpers around factory models of Warn VR and Zeon line winches. Solenoid may need to be relocated along with minor modifications to the grill support. Other winches may fit with minor modifications.

The bumper features two 3 inch light pod cutouts, however if you want a custom cutout, email info@overkillracingandchassis.com

Recovery points come standard and they are tied directly the frame mounting plate to ensure confidence on those hard pulls. 

Shipping lead times are 2-4 weeks with most bumpers shipping under 2 weeks!
