Overkill Racing and Chassis is excited to release our DIY Winch bumper for 2003-2005 4Runners!

This is a weld it yourself kit that requires the knowledge of welding and fabrication. A local fabricator should be able to knock it out in 6-8 hours

• CNC Laser cut out of 7GA HRPO, ready to weld with minimal prep!
• Frame mounting points, and recovery point overlays are .250 HRPO. Recovery points come standard and are directly in line with your frame. There is also an additional support bracket that runs from the radiator support to the bumper that ties directly where the winch plate and recovery points are to ensure confidence on those hard pulls.
• 100 percent designed in SOLIDWORKS around 3D scanning we do in house to ensure proper fitment. 
• All of our bumpers are designed around factory 3D models of Warn winches, and the Harbor Freight Badlands 12k will fit with minor modifications to your grill support. Winch solenoid may need to be relocated.
• The DIY bumper kit features slot and tab geometry along with keyways to allow easy alignment of parts.

Shipping: All of our bumper kits ship free to the lower 48 with lead times around 2-4 weeks.

Light Cutouts: The standard bumper kit offers two 3 inch light cutouts that are universal for your pods. If you have a specific light in mind, or would rather a 20 or 30 inch light bar.
