Overkill Racing and Chassis in excited to announce the release our DIY winch bumpers for the 3rd generation Toyota Pickups, and 2nd generation Toyota 4runners.

This is a Weld it Yourself kit that requires knowledge of welding and fabrication. Along with the tools to do so. A local fabricator should be able to knock it out in 6-8 hours.

• The entire bumper is CNC laser cut out of 7GA HRPO steel. Ready to weld with minimal prep!
• Recovery points come standard with the bumper and are in line with the frame. Additionally there is another support that captures the frame bolts up near the cab mounts and tie directly to the winch plate area. 
• 100 percent designed in SOLIDWORKS around a 3D scanned truck we did in house to ensure accurate fitment. 
• We design all of our bumpers around Warn factory CAD models to ensure proper fitment. This bumper will also fit the Harbor Freight Badlands with minimal modifications to your grill support. 
• The bumper has slot and tab geometry along with keyways to help align all the parts. 

Lighting:

The bumper features two cutouts on the wings for 3 inch pods. They are a universal cut. If you have specific lights in mind, shoot us an email to: info@overkillracingandchassis.com and we can make you a custom cutout with mounts to make sure you get the best looking bumper you can get!

Shipping:

All of our weld it yourself bumper kits are flat packed and shipped for free to the lower 48. Lead times are 2-4 weeks from ordering. 

Bull bar and add ons:

A retro looking bull bar is available as an add on for an additional cost. These will include all pieces and tubing pre bent and cut 

A skid plate custom designed for our bumper kit is also available. It is CNC laser cut from 7GA HRPO and ties directly into the bumper skid plate and runs down to the lower cross member for all the protection you will need. It features a big cutout for access to the bottom of your engine and oil filter.
