3rd Gen Tacoma Front Bumper DIY

Overkill Racing and Chassis is very excited to announce our DIY 3rd Gen Tacoma front bumper.  Offered in both a Hybrid and Sheet metal winged variant. 

This bumper requires cutting your OEM plastic bumper. 

Weighing in at 65 pounds for the Hybrid, and 80 pounds for the sheet metal wings, these bumpers are a great option at adding both style and strength without adding a huge amount of weight. With the capability of fitting most 10-12k pound winches (solenoids may need to be relocated) these bumpers make sure you are never left stranded. Recovery points are tied directly to the frame ensuring confidence in those hard pulls. 

100 percent designed in SOLIDWORKS, and CNC Laser cut in the USA with USA made materials, these DIY bumpers feature slot and tab geometry to ensure perfect fitment. 

The main portion of the bumper is made from 3/16 HRPO and the tube wings are 1.5x.120 DOM tubing. 

Bumpers are flat packed and shipped for free in the lower 48!

Light cutouts can be custom tailored to your choice from single row light bars to individual pods.
