Overkill Racing and Chassis is excited to announce our weld it yourself kits for the 2.5 Gen (2014-2021) Tundra Front bumpers! 

This is a weld it yourself kit that requires knowledge of welding and fabrication, along with all the tools. A local fabrication shop should be able to build the bumper in around 8 hours. 

• 100 percent manufactured and shipped in the USA 
• CNC laser cut with slots, tabs, and keyways to help with alignment
• Fully designed in SOLIDWORKS around accurate scan data to ensure perfect fitment
• Frame mounts, winch plate, and support brackets are all cut out of .250 HRPO with the outer shell being cut from 7GA HRPO. *Parts Shown in blue are .250*
• HRPO material has no mill-scale and is virtually ready to weld with minimal prep
• Works with factory paring sensors with no modifications to the harness!
• The bumper and supports weigh around 90 pounds!

We design all of our bumpers around winch models directly from Warn. These bumpers will fit the VR Evo and Zeon line with the solenoid relocated. The Badlands 12k may also fit with minimal modifications. Our bumpers fit the winch as low, and as close to the frame without affecting approach angle, which allows a solid foundation to the winch. No more pulling from up high and risking the chance of damage to your bumper or frame from leverage. 

Recovery points come standard and they are tied directly in line to the frame rail to ensure confidence on those hard pulls. The recovery points are an overlayed design. The main side of the bumper is .250 thick which welds directly to the plate that attaches to the frame. The inner overlay also goes directly to the same frame mount. The outer overlay gets welded on the outside creating a .750 thick recovery mount. We have found these to be much stronger than just recovery points welded up high on the outside of the bumper. 

The bumper features an additional support bracket that runs from bottom of the radiator support and ties directly in line with the recovery points, and the winch plate. 

We work closely with Baja Designs and offer various light cutouts tailored for their lights. From light bars, to pods, there are plenty of options available. If you want something specific and tailored for your truck, shoot us an email! A universal cutout option is also available with the option for a 20 or 30 inch light bar, or jus two cutouts for 3 inch light pods.
