Overkill Racing and Chassis is excited to release our DIY Sequoia front bumpers!

This is a weld it yourself kit that requires basic knowledge of welding and fabrication

Our front Sequoia bumper is currently only available for the pre-facelift models. ( 2001-2004) If you are local to Salt Lake City, Utah, and own a 2005-2007, we would love to scan and build a bumper based around your Sequoia. Email us at info@overkillracingandchassis.com if so!

The front bumper is CNC laser cut out of 7GA (.179) HRPO material and weighs right around 100 pounds. Ready to weld out of the box with minimal prep! Recovery points come standard and are in line with the front frame rails to ensure confidence on those hard yanks when you are in a pickle.  The front bumper is secured to your frame with 8 bolts, and the winch plate is supported by the bottom bolts on your frame to ensure it has plenty of strength.

 We design our bumpers around Warn 3D models directly from them to allow accurate fitment of winches. Due to how tight these bumpers fit to your rig, the winch solenoid must be relocated and the front radiator support gets a little cut to fit. Nothing structural. Other winches may fit, but we cannot guarantee. 

There are two light cutouts for 3 inch pods, they are universal so they can fit a variety of lights. However if you are interested in a specific light cutout with mounts. We have 3D models of Baja Designs, Rigid, and Diode Dynamics if you would rather have a custom option. Can do up to a 30 inch light bar as well.
